This is a far superior product to the plastic connector and will last you far longer than the plastic connector will due to the fact it does not get impacted by UV damage, cannot snap if dropped and will not have wear and tear on the inner brass component like the plastic can do over time.
We recommend this product over the plastic connector as it will last longer.
This is a spare part only and is not the entire hose reel but the whole brass connector only.
The connector comes with everything you need to replace your old plastic connector fully, including the 2 x c-clips, split pin and whole inner and outer connector along with 2 brass barbs for hose clamp connection.

We require proof that your brass connector is faulty and that it is a manufacturer's fault. Photos and or video must be provided.
Product will be replaced excluding postage if it is found to be a manufacturer's fault.
