This is a spare part only and is not the entire hose reel but the whole black plastic connector only.
The connector comes with everything you need to replace your old connector fully, including the c-clip, split pin and whole inner and outer connector.
Price excludes GST and postage.

This plastic connector has a 6 month warranty.
With so many factors that can impact our plastic connector like UV rays, being dropped and snapping and being used with a higher water pressure that it is intended for, we require proof that your plastic connector is faulty and that it is a manufacturer's fault. Photos and or video must be provided. Normal wear and tear on the internal 0-rings is not considered a manufacturer's fault.
Product will be replaced excludingpostage if it is found to be a manufacturer's fault.
If you have high water pressure, we recommend that you swap to one of our brass connectors.
